An on-going graphic novel project on the passage of migrants through the Susa Valley<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><em>The Jacket<\/em> is a graphic novel based on a research experience carried out in autumn 2021, along the Italian-French border. Here, border crossing practices take place with the support of\u00a0<em>Solidaires<\/em>\u00a0people who help the migrants in their attempts to cross the border, pursuing the dream of continuing the\u00a0<em>game<\/em>. A dramatic <em>game<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n    <a href=\"\/new\/jacket\/\">Go to the project webpage<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG_1432-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>MOBS &#8211; Mobilities, solidarities, and imaginaries across the borders<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>University of Genoa is leading a research project \u2013 joined also by research teams from University of Milan, University of Padua, University of Parma, and L\u2019Orientale, University of Naples \u2013 which has been awarded within the PRIN (<em>Programmi di Ricerca di Interesse Nazionale<\/em>) framework.<\/p>\n<p>Focusing mainly on the Italian context, the project focuses on the porosity of the national territory, deeply interconnected at a transnational level, where migrants on the move with different legal status and social positions give shape to various forms of temporary dwelling and mobility, despite the multiplication of borders and boundaries along lines of colour, race, citizenship, gender and class.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This project is meant to be a \u201cslow documentary\u201d \u2013 the shooting has started on the day of the bridge collapse and it is still ongoing \u2013 because its aim is to understand the effects of trauma over time.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n    <a href=\"\/new\/mobs\/\">Go to the project webpage<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Immagine-2022-09-26-164141.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>UniverCin\u00e9 project<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>The<em> UniverCin\u00e9 <\/em>Erasmus+ project <span>starts in October 2022 and within two years it aims to develop an academic program (hybrid, transnational, innovative and transferable to other contexts) to open up the access the European cinema at the higher education level, through cooperation between universities, professionals from the audio-visual \/ media sector and civil society.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n    <a href=\"\/new\/%20https:\/www.laboratoriosociologiavisuale.it\/new\/univercine\/\">Go to the project webpage<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Immagine1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>Do migrants in Europe age well?
